What is one habit of yours that helps you be productive?
Staying ripe on the education vine. Reading and immersing myself in the works of the Stoics. Also, CrossFit keeps me humble in exercising. Have a written down set of values, personally and business is a useful roadmap.
What is your morning routine and how does it help you get the most out of your day?
I win the day. Get up, at 5:30am, floss, brush my teeth, drink 20 ounces of water short work out and have a power hour(s). I read, sometimes meditate and get ready for the day.
In the last few years, what lifestyle, habit or behavior change has had the biggest positive impact on your life?
Diet and a more of a restrictive CrossFit regiment. Being more mindful of what is around me and to believe that everything can change but not your outlook.
When you feel unfocused, what do you do?
Sit back breath and use some stoic sayings.
What is one piece of software or a web service that you get immense value out of? How do you use it?
I use my business software through contract bases. Microsoft and Sales Force. Mobile phone and iPad are used daily. Similar use for home related functions.
What is the one book you recommend most often and why?
What advice would you give a smart and ambitious recent college graduate? What advice should they ignore?
Your desires will be be a guide and a detour. Once you get what you want, will it change you or make you a better humble and kind soul. Be ambitious, be productive, be aware and grateful. We have a top heavy world of successful people whose shoe sole has stepped on many souls without caring. Make this place better than it was before you leave it.
What is your favorite quote, one you aim to live by?
Summum Bonum. Just that you do the right thing, the rest doesn’t matter.
