What is one habit of yours that helps you be productive?
Peloton cycling and yoga classes
What is your morning routine and how does it help you get the most out of your day?
I wake up at 6:30am every morning, even on the weekends. I get a workout out of the way early, it’s like a jump start to my day. I feel like I can accomplish so much after a Peloton cycling ride.
In the last few years, what lifestyle, habit or behavior change has had the biggest positive impact on your life?
Definitely getting a Peloton bike, it’s changed my whole attitude towards working out. It’s so mentally and physically challenging and rewarding all at the same time. It truly makes me feel like I can tackle what life has to throw at me at any given moment.
When you feel unfocused, what do you do?
Honestly, take a nap. Sometimes it’s my body’s way of telling me I’m tired.
What is one piece of software or a web service that you get immense value out of? How do you use it?
WordPress CMS. Pressable web hosting. Pressable offers the best support of any host I have ever used. Specifically for WordPress websites. Tailwind is also a software I use for consistent direct traffic to my website from Pinterest.
What is the one book you recommend most often and why?
The 4 Hour Chef by Tim Ferris, he gives you the fundamental basics of cooking to create chef worthy meals.
What advice would you give a smart and ambitious recent college graduate? What advice should they ignore?
Patience and learn as much as you can everyday, you have a lot of time and you will never stop learning. Nobody knows it all.
Ignore the, “Never take no for an answer“ rule, sometimes no can be very humbling and can lead you to other things that will work out better for you. Everything happens for a reason.

Be more honest today, than you were yesterday.
